- Safety and harassment reports: under 4 hours on weekdays, under 12 hours on weekends. Reviewed by a human on our trust & safety team.
- Accessibility requests: same-day response Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time.
- Account and billing help: within 1 business day.
- Press and partnership: within 2 business days.
- Feature requests and feedback: within 3 business days, routed to our product team.
If you do not hear back in the expected window, please reply to your original thread — sometimes Gmail routes our notes to spam.
